Each week we offer our cheese ravioli, along with one meat, one vegetarian, and one seafood option. They are sold in one pound containers. Each container holds 12 raviolis, enough for two adults. All sauce is on the side.
Orders can be placed now for delivery in Arlington and surrounding towns on Friday January 28th.
Ravioli Cooking & Preservation Instructions
- Warm sauce in a small saucepan.
- Bring 3 qts of water to a boil. Add one tablespoon of salt.
- Cook for 3 minutes for al dente. Remove gently with a slotted spoon.
- Toss into the sauce and sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese.
If you don’t plan to use that night, you should freeze them immediately to preserve quality. Sometimes they shift during delivery, so if you are going to freeze them, make sure they are not overlapping.
When cooking frozen ravioli, do not thaw to cook, just add two minutes to the cooking time, and be careful not to overcook.
